Natural pain relief with magnetic therapy
Developed in New Zealand more than 10 years ago, MagneHealth Merino Wool Cushion Pads incorporate a large number of carefully positioned 1000 gauss high power magnets which, over time, will provide a gradual reduction in aches and pains.
Magnet therapy is non-invasive therapy which helps the body to heal itself and reduce pain. It has been used for hundreds of years, from ancient Egypt to more recent times by NASA astronauts. It works by firstly increasing blood flow and secondly by reducing inflammation. A magnet placed on the body can affect and influence the cells and fluids below the surface of the skin, without the need to puncture the skin. Magnet Therapy stimulates the body to help itself. Magnetic energy relaxes muscle and tissue in the same manner as heat therapy. Whilst heat therapy is more intense, magnet therapy is more constant.
In Magnet Therapy, the poles are referred to as positive and negative. A north seeking pole is positive and is generally used to stimulate and heal and for this effect, these MagneHealth Wool Cushion Pads should be used fleece side up.

(Remove inner layer containing magnets) Outer cover can be washed on gentle wool wash at 30 degrees, using wool detergent. Do not spin and hang to drip dry. Can be spot cleaned and hung in the sun to refresh the wool.
How long will it take to notice a difference?
This varies from person to person; it might be the next day, or it could be a little longer. It is a subtle, gradual process- you should notice an improvement within a couple of weeks
I am unsure which size cushion to choose, can you help me please?
As a guide – we recommend the Small size as a back rest, the Medium size is about the size of a standard pillow, and the Large is large enough to lie on.
