As the official “face” of White Cloud, I have been invited to contribute a few woolly words, on a daily basis detailing some of what goes on at White Cloud. As the week goes on there will be some interesting and unusual facts about wool along with little snippets of information as to why I am called “Wellington” and why I belong to White Cloud.
Monday morning: an early start having got back to Gloucestershire from Burghley Horse Trials last night.
It was a busy few days and I had to fend off quite a few enquiries as to whether I was for sale, this always happens and Caroline always says no, I am a one-off, never to be replaced, which is reassuring having travelled all the way from New Zealand about 3 years ago. 10am the unpacking of boxes from Burghley commenced = boxes and mess piled everywhere = consternation whilst trying to pack up normal orders. Thankfully all the boxes got organised and, here I am chatting to Matt our Parcelforce driver who faithfully turns up, rain or shine …
