On the ninth day of Christmas, “save your stamps for the RSPB”

Between £10,00 – £15,000 is raised by the RSPB every year through donations of used stamps to help towards Operation Ocean Task Force.  This is a specific campaign to raise awareness for the plight of albatross who are drowned through the use of baited hooks on longline fishing boats in the southern oceans. 21 out of 23 species of albatross are threatened with extinction and it is a cause close to our hearts at White Cloud.  There are more species of albatross in New Zealand than anywhere else on earth and these astonishing birds, with their wingspans of over 12 feet are under severe threat and need all the help any of us can give.

Simply save any used stamps (leave about half cm around the edges), foreign stamps are especially valuable, and send them to:
