It’s a case of “all hands to the pump” at White Cloud at the moment as we try to prepare and be ready for The Spirit of Summer Show at Olympia next week … (Stand C69 for those who are planning to visit)!
Sue is sewing and making up Pet Beds as fast as she can and trying to fulfill normal orders at the same time. Guy has had to calculate how much shelving is needed and how it will fit the allotted space, whilst trying to make sure all of our trade customers are being looked after as normal and also talking to some new ones, oh, not forgetting needing to drive to the north east of England this afternoon! Caroline has been assembling stock for next week; wrapping and packing and making sure it all looks as good as possible. She has also been talking with Marisa about postcards being made for next week, and ensuring all the 2010/2011 files and paperwork were ready, as promised, for the accountant. Will and Ian have been flat-out trying to create a brand new looking email for our existing customers and Bev has been, as usual, keeping it all together by answering the telephone and doing all the paperwork.
A lot of work is currently being put into developing Magniwool because we feel it deserves its own website. This is a special and unique magnetic therapy wool underblanket which has a lot of very loyal customers and it now has a new brochure that looks like White Cloud but deals with Magniwool separately. It seems to have been the right decision and just this week we were very pleased with how a full page advertisement in The Lady turned out. To benefit from a 20% discount on Magniwool, visit the website and enter code THELADY05. With a range that includes small size Cushions to Superking Underblankets, Magniwool is due to receive much more of our attention in the coming few weeks/months.
Last but most definitely not least, we now have some really delightful little lamb soaps and these will be making their debut at Olympia next week. Along with beautiful lambskins we will be bringing a breath of fresh Spring air from Gloucestershire to London …
